The trainees of the National Service Programme, PKBN faced various challenges during their training. This is because PKBN implements various education and exposure based on the Malay Islamic Monarchy philosophy. A number of activities were organised to develop, shape and build the trainees self-esteem including courage, care, concern, interaction, cooperation, trust and volunteering.
