MANILA — The Union of Local Authorities of the Philippines (ULAP) has publicly affirmed its dedication to promoting unity and development across the nation, emphasizing the collective strength and indivisibility of the Filipino people.
According to Philippines News Agency, which represents the interests of local government units and officials nationwide, there is strong support for focusing on investments in essential areas such as infrastructure, education, healthcare, social protection, technology, and livelihood development. This strategy aims to generate employment opportunities, elevate living standards, and improve the quality of life for Filipinos.
