According to Radio Television Brunei, the prizes were awarded by Awang Ajman bin Haji Meludin, the Permanent Secretary for Civil Service Governance at the Prime Minister's Office. The tournament saw participation from 10 teams, competing in four different categories. Organized by the Department of Radio Television Brunei, the tournament took place at the Tenpin Bowling Centre in Seria, providing a platform for civil servants to strengthen relationships and enjoy a day of friendly competition.
