Post: Technical and Vocational Education Scholarship Scheme Opens for 2026/2027 Academic Year

Bandar seri begawan: Applications for the Technical and Vocational Education Scholarship Scheme (BPTV) for the Academic Year 2026/2027 specifically for eligible 'O' level school leavers to pursue higher education at local private higher institutions will commence on the 16th of March. It is available from 9 in the morning, and will be closed on the 16th of April 2026 at 4 in the afternoon. According to Radio Television Brunei, the scheme is offered by the Government of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, which envisaged to fulfil the increasing demand for technical and vocational education in the country. Application forms are available at 'moe.gov.bn'. Completed forms and all required documents must be submitted through the procedures set by the Department of Scholarship Management, Ministry of Education no later than Thursday, 16 April 2026 at 4 in the afternoon.
