Bandar seri begawan: Delegations from Brunei Shell Petroleum Company, Brunei LNG Sendirian Berhad, Brunei Shell Marketing Company, Brunei Gas Carriers Sendirian Berhad, Brunei Methanol Company Sendirian Berhad, and Brunei Fertilizer Industries Sendirian Berhad held a reading of Surah Yasin and Tahlil Ceremony on the morning of March 5. The ceremony was conducted in memory of Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit, and Al-Marhum His Royal Highness Prince Haji 'Abdul 'Azim. The event took place at the Royal Mausoleum.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony was attended by delegations from several prominent energy companies in Brunei. The reading of Surah Yasin and Tahlil is a traditional religious practice observed to honor and pray for the deceased. The gathering at the Royal Mausoleum highlights the continued respect and remembrance for the late members of the Brunei royal family by these organizations.
