Bandar seri begawan: His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, has sent messages of condolences to His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua and Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul of Thailand, as well as the government and people of Thailand, following the recent flooding in Hat Yai, Songkhla Province.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the flooding in Hat Yai resulted in the loss of lives and extensive damages. The Sultan expressed his deepest sympathies and solidarity with those affected by the disaster in the Kingdom of Thailand.
