Post: Student Athletes Undergo Intensive Training for ASEAN School Games

Bandar seri begawan: Student athletes for the swimming event are undergoing intensive training at the Hassanal Bolkiah National Sports Complex Swimming Pool in preparation for the 14th ASEAN School Games which will be held soon. The training is conducted to ensure that every athlete is at their best physically and mentally as well as in high team spirit before competing in the championship. According to Radio Television Brunei, the training also emphasizes balance between discipline, focus, and cooperation among student athletes so that preparations run smoothly and in an orderly manner. With passion and dedication, the national swimming team is believed to be able to compete spectacularly in this year's ASEAN School Games. Continuous training not only prepares them for the championship, but also shapes the identity of young student athletes who are disciplined, have moral, and are the pride of Brunei Darussalam.
