Post: Southeast Asia First Aid Network Meeting Concludes with Bandar Seri Begawan Joint Resolution

Bandar Seri Begawan — The 3-day Southeast Asia First Aid Network Meeting concluded on the night of October 26 with the adoption of the Bandar Seri Begawan Joint Resolution.

According to a new release by Radio Television Brunei, the resolution was received by Awang Haji Maswadi Bin Haji Mohsin, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Health. The Joint Resolution aims to form a Unified First Aid Community through the Southeast Asia First Aid Network, work towards First Aid Harmonization, and organize workshops to standardize first aid guidelines. The conference also endorsed the establishment of the Southeast Asia First Aid Excellence Centre, intended to serve as a knowledge hub for National Societies within the region.
