Berakas: Eighteen vehicles participated in a special convoy organized in conjunction with His Majesty’s 79th Birthday Celebration. The event was a display of unity and respect, emphasizing the significance of the milestone.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the convoy was officially flagged off by Yang Berhormat Awang Zainol bin Haji Mohammad, a Member of the Legislative Council. The Mercedes Benz Darussalam Friends Club organized the 47-kilometre journey, which commenced at the parking area of the Indoor Stadium, Hassanal Bolkiah National Sports Complex in Berakas.
The convoy concluded at the Tutong District Civic Centre Complex, where it was warmly welcomed by Yang Berhormat Awang Abdul Aziz bin Haji Hamdan, another Member of the Legislative Council. The event highlighted the community’s spirit and their respect for the royal celebration.
