To train and develop engineering capabilities of RB's Aircraft, six locals will undergo the RB Engineering Apprentice Programme. The signing ceremony for the 28th Intake of the Engineering Apprentice Programme was held this afternoon at the RB Campus in Bandar Seri Begawan.
Present was Dr. Haji Azman bin Ahmad, Permanent Secretary for Higher Education at the Ministry of Education. The new apprentices will soon begin engineering training at a fully certified and accredited engineering school in Scotland. RB's Engineering Apprentice programme which has run since 1978, enabling RB to train and develop engineering capabilities to fulfil RB's Aircraft Engineering maintenance and support programme. The programme is in line with the Wawasan Brunei 2035 aspiration to ensure that Bruneians are highly educated and skilled.
