Water Supply Disruptions in Brunei Muara District Due to Pipe Diversion Works

Bandar Seri Begawan – Residents in several areas of the Brunei Muara District are facing water supply disruptions or low water pressure. This situation is a result of pipe diversion works near Stesen Minyak Tumasek in Bandar Seri Begawan.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the affected areas include Simpang 175, Jalan Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha, Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Tahfiz Al-Quran Institute, and surrounding regions. The Public Works Department, under the Ministry of Development, announced in a press release that the works commenced last night and may continue until completion, causing temporary water supply issues in these areas.
