Round Two of HECAS 2021 Online Application

Round Two of HECAS 2021 online application to local Higher Education Institutions, namely Universiti Brunei Darussalam, UBD; Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University, UNISSA and Politeknik Brunei, P-B will be officially closed on Tuesday, 7th of September 2021, at 3 in the afternoon. The Ministry of Education through the Department of Higher Education in a press release informed that applicants must ensure that HECAS application should be submitted online and uploaded all related documents including the HECAS form required by the respective institutions before the closing date.

All overdue payments should be settled upon HECAS registration through BIBD Mobile Application before Tuesday, 7th of September 2021 at 11:00 at night. On this note, any application or payment submitted after the closing date/time will not be considered and payment will not be refunded. For those who have not received their ‘O’ or ‘A’ Level May/June 2021 examination results, applicants informed the HECAS Administration by email at [email protected]; or make an appointment with the Examinations Department, Ministry of Education through the link: examinationsdepartmentmoe.setmore.com.
