33rd Anniversary of TAIB

Innovation will be the main core of direction of the Perbadanan Tabung Amanah Islam Brunei, TAIB’s strategic plan. The Minister at the Prime Minister Office and Second Minister of Defence as Chairman of Perbadanan TAIB Board of Directors stated the matter during the Annual Dinner in conjunction with TAIB’s 33rd Anniversary. According to Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohd. Yussof, with the launching of new products and services as well as the improvement of existing products, Perbadanan Taib will be able to meet the needs of customers, through a transparent, accountable and prudent work and service culture.

Yang Berhormat added Perbadanan TAIB must continue to contribute towards achieving the Wawasan Brunei 2035 and the country’s Digital Economy Master Plan, through financial innovation and continuous digital transformation. In addition, Perbadanan TAIB needs to continue to improve sustainability by integrating Environmental, Social, and G
overnance practices. This includes efforts or projects that are organised such as green initiatives, tree planting and other social responsibility programmes.

Also present were Yang Berhormat Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Haji Awang Badaruddin bin Pengarah Dato Paduka Haji Awang Othman, Minister of Religious Affairs as the Advisor of Perbadanan TAIB’s Board of Directors, and Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah, Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy as the Advisor of Perbadanan TAIB’s Board of Directors.
