Resilient Employability Digitally Project

 

To ensure and analyse the type or form of skills required by employers in an organization, is one of the objectives of the Employer Workshop on Data Analytics organized by the Harnessing Impact with Resilient Employability Digitally Project or HIRED. The workshop to be held virtually today, 21st of October is organized in collaboration and sponsored by the United Kingdom Department of International Trade, DIT on Data Analysis.

 

The workshop is also working closely with the Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications, under the smart nation office which is closely linked to the ‘Digital Economy Masterplan’ under the fourth core strategy, namely, ‘Manpower and Talent Development’ which focuses on enhancing the capabilities and skills of Brunei’s workforce digitally. Other relevant parties such as the Brunei Authority for Infocommunications Technology Industry, AITI and also the Manpower Industry Steering Community (MISC) especially ICT are involved for this Data Analysis programme. The workshop will be held virtually with employees from 15 to 20 organizations. The workshop aims to understand in terms of the current skills required from the employers.
