Post: ‘Rehlatul Ukhuwah’ Programme Fosters Communication Between Brunei Government and Citizens

Tutong: The 'Rehlatul Ukhuwah Information Programme' served as a platform for open communication between the Brunei government, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), the private sector, and the citizens. Held at Taman Warisan Tasek Merimbun in the Tutong District, the initiative aimed to enhance public understanding of national development efforts.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the programme featured several activities, including the presentation of portraits of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and Her Majesty Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha. The event also included the distribution of the National Flag and reading materials provided by the Information Department at the Information Corner, Hajah Aminah Religious Hall, Kampung Long Mayan. The session concluded with a discussion session aimed at engaging the community.

The delegation leading the programme was headed by Dayang Sastra Sarini binti Haji Julaini, Acting Director of Information. Published materials were also contributed by the Royal Brunei Police Force, the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, the Ministry of Development, and the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism.
