Rehearsal of Selawat Senegara Selawat Tafrijiyyah Ceremony

Brunei Darussalam will hold the Selawat Senegara, Selawat Tafrijiyyah tomorrow, 19th April at the Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque in the capital. To ensure the smooth running of the event, a rehearsal took place yesterday morning.

In attendance was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Abdul Mokti bin Haji Mohd Daud, Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office. The event will commence after the Fardhu Zuhur prayer. At the ceremony, the mass recitation of Selawat Tafrijiyyah will follow a specially created Selawat rhythm according to the context of the Kalimah Selawat Tafrijiyyah. Also present was Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Seri Maharaja Dato Paduka Seri Setia Dr. Ustaz Haji Awang Abdul Aziz bin Juned, State Mufti.
