Re-Opening Of Sales Activities

The Minister of Home Affairs at the media conference stated that the Ministry of Home Affairs informs that following a review by the COVID-19 Steering Committee on the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak towards the economy including supporting the National COVID-19 Recovery Plan, the Ministry of Home Affairs has informed on the re-opening of sales activities.

 

The re-opening of sales activities during the Bandarku Ceria Programme will start on Sunday, the 9th of January 2022. It will be located at the Jalan Bendahara Car Park area, which is opposite the Royal Regalia Museum. The re-opening of the Pasarneka Complex Weekly Market and Tutong Market, which has been closed since 12th of August 2021 due to the second wave of COVID-19 transmission, will be re-opened as normal on every Thursday and Sunday starting this Thursday, the 6th of January 2022. The weekly market will operate at capacity rates and number of sales booths as normal.
