The Rashidah Sa'adatul Bolkiah Mosque, Kampung Sungai Akar, yesterday afternoon held a 'Quran Hour' ceremony. The ceremony took place in the mosque.
Present was Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, Minister At The Prime Minister's Office And Second Minister Of Defence. The ceremony commenced with the recital of Surah Al-Fatihah and followed by Surah Al-Insan, the synopsis of Surah Al-Insan and the tadabbur of the surah.
Earlier, a prize presentation was held to the congregants of the Rashidah Sa'adatul Bolkiah Mosque who were successful in the Musabaqah Al-Quran Memorisation in conjunction with the recent national-level Nuzul Al-Quran Celebration.
