PWD Service Counters’ Temporary Closure

 

To curb the spread of COVID-19 in the country, all counter services and sports complex under the Public Works Department, PWD will be temporarily closed starting yesterday, 9th August 2021 until a date that will be announced later.

 

The Public Works Department, Ministry of Development in a press release stated the temporary closure will affect all Counter services nationwide, namely Water and gas payment counters as well as customer care counters.

 

In this regard, the Public Works Department urged customers to make their water bill payments through their respective banks via online banking, mobile application and ATM and CDM machines provided for account holders at Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam, Baiduri Bank and Standard Chartered Bank.

 

The quotation fee and tender payment counters and revenue collection counter will only be open for urgent matters from 9 to 10 in the morning and from 2 to 3 in the afternoon.
