The Department of Museums is using an online method to share information about its activities and operations during the closure of its operations due to the current outbreak of COVID-19.
There are several segments shared through social media, among them are E-Museum, Rest of Mind, Museum News Nostalgia and 60 Second Museum and each segment has its own focus according to the public’s interests.
The divisions under the Department also have other accounts specifically providing various information. The online method requires a dynamic and creative strategy in providing effect and impact to the public in order to appreciate and understand the terms of reference and responsibilities of the Department of Museums.
