Politeknik Brunei yesterday afternoon held a Briefing on Politeknik Brunei Act that provides an understanding on the institution’s administration work procedure. The briefing also aimed to share experience and knowledge of implementing the act.

The briefing was delivered by Hajah Suhana binti Haji Sudin, Chief Legal Advisor, Head of Civil Division at the Attorney General’s Chambers. Among the objective was to highlight the importance of information on Politeknik Brunei Act 2014 gazetted in the government gazette by the consent of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam.

The briefing includes further explanation on the roles under the act, which are required for all officers and staff including lecturer and its members. Present was Awang Denis Ho Mun Tai, Director of Politeknik Brunei. The briefing was held at Politeknik Brunei, in Jalan Ong Sum Ping.
