The tournament was held at the FABD 'A' field in Berakas on the morning of September 14. According to Radio Television Brunei, the match saw both teams in a scoreless deadlock during the first half. However, the second half witnessed Penabai Kuala Tutong FT's breakthrough when Mohd Ali Arsyad scored in the 32nd minute. Eight minutes later, Mohd Asrul doubled the lead, and Mohd Ali Rasyad sealed the victory with a goal in the 48th minute. In a separate match at FABD 'B', Brazilian Football Academy defeated Kasuka PSIA with a score of 2-0.
