Post: Partial Closure on Lacson Avenue for Drainage Works Announced by DPWH

MANILA — A segment of A.H. Lacson Avenue will undergo partial closure for a week due to scheduled drainage construction, starting August 23, as announced by the Department of Public Works and Highways-North Manila District Engineering Office (DPWH-NMDEO).

According to Philippines News Agency, the northbound outermost lane from Earnshaw Street will be closed to facilitate the drainage works. Motorists are advised to anticipate traffic delays in the vicinity and are encouraged to consider alternate routes during the construction period, which is set to conclude at 11 p.m. on August 30.

The project is part of broader efforts by the DPWH-National Capital Region to enhance road safety and efficiency across the metropolitan area.
