‘Operasi Peralihan’ 19 – 30 November 2021, National Recovery, a Joint Responsibility

The ‘Operasi Pulih’ will be extended for another four days starting Monday, 15th November 2021 until Thursday, 18th November 2021, which is a directive to be at home from 8 in the evening to 4 in the morning.

 

With this announcement, it is intended to give time to stakeholders in making logistical preparations before the commencement of the prescribed restorations, in particular in ensuring compliance with the SOP’s and guidelines agreed by the COVID-19 Steering Committee.

 

Therefore, let us support the government’s intention to make this COVID-19 National Recovery Plan Framework a success which is on the right track to bring the country out of the pandemic to endemic situation. National recovery is our joint responsibility, whereby the role of the public is a critical factor in the success of any Government strategy.

 

Individuals who have reached the time to get a second dose are advised to get it as soon as possible in together assist the country to reach the target of 70% of the population completing two doses of vaccination soon. In preparation for the implementation of the Endemic Phase which is when the complete COVID-19 vaccination rate reaches 80% the Steering Committee is reviewing the proposal to charge ART testing fees for individuals who do not complete their vaccinations but intend to enter any government and business premises in the country.
