In education, teachers, educators, tutors or Muallim as human resources are the heart or main leaders in any education system. They are the main pillars towards achieving the vision and mission of a country's education system.
Speaking during the Opening of Induction Programme for new teacher's yesterday morning, Awang Aliuddin bin Haji Abdul Rahman, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Core Education at the Ministry of Education explained that the Ministry of Education emphasised and gave priority to the Capacity Building Programme, specifically to the current human resources. The 3-day programme is filled with several briefings delivered by heads of departments in the Ministry of Education and sharing sessions by associations. Organised by the Ministry of Education through the Department of Educators Management, the programme takes place at the Civil Service Institute in Kampung Rimba.
