Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province was among the destination during the official visit of Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Masna binti Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Waddien, Ambassador-at-Large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to the People's Republic of China. During the visit to Hangzhou last Sunday, Her Royal Highness was accompanied by Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Lela Cheteria Sahibun Najabah Pengiran Anak Haji Abdul Aziz bin Pengiran Jaya Negara Pengiran Haji Abu Bakar.

In Hangzhou, Her Royal Highness made a visit to Hengyi Group and was briefed on the history and development of the Company since it's establishment. Upon arrival, Her Royal Highness was greeted by Mr. Qiu Jianlin, Chairman of Hengyi Group.

During the visit, Her Royal Highness also attended a presentation about living experience in Hangzhou by students from Brunei Darussalam who are currently studying in Zhejiang University under Hengyi's Schloarships.

In the afternoon, Her Royal Highness visited the West Lake, watched the performance 'Hangzhou: A Living Poem" and met His Excellency Mr. Li Weining, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of Zheijiang Provincial People's Congress.

During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on the opportunity to strengthen the cooperation between Brunei Darussalam and Zhejiang Province, especially in economic, agriculture, education, culture and tourism. Her Royal Highness also graced a banquet hosted by His Excellency Li Weining. Before departing Hangzhou, Her Royal Highness visited the China National Tea Museum, the Southern Song Dynasty Guan Kiln Museum and the Hangzhou Wensil Group and the Silk Culture Museum.
