Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Masna Binti Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Ambassador-at-Large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is now in Beijing, People’s Republic of China for an official visit from the 4th until the 10th of September. The official visit is at the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China. Upon arrival at Beijing International Airport, Her Royal Highness was welcomed by His Excellency Min Yongnian, former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Excellency Republic of China to Brunei Darussalam and spouse, Madame Zhang Jinfeng. Also present was Ms Lee Kok Ting, Charge d’affaires Ad Interim at the Embassy of Brunei Darussalam to the People’s Republic of China.
In Beijing, Her Royal Highness had meetings with His Excellency Wang Yi, State Councilor and Minister of Foreign Affairs as well as His Excellency Luo Zhaohui, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs. Both sides exchanged views to further strengthen the much-valued friendship and bilateral relations between the two countries. The meeting was followed by a luncheon hosted by His Excellency Luo Zhaohui.
Her Royal Highness will also be attending the opening ceremony of the ”History Exhibition Hall of the King of Boni” at the Memorial Park of the King of Boni in Nanjing, as well as visit the HengyiGroup in Hangzhou.
Her Royal Highness is accompanied by Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Lela Cheteria Sahibun Najabah Pengiran Anak Haji Abdul Aziz bin Pengiran Jaya Negara Pengiran Haji Abu Bakar.
