Marriage Course

50 newly married couples or couples who did not have the opportunity to attend marriage course due to the COVID-19, yesterday attended a marriage course organised by the Tutong District Religious Affairs Office in collaboration with the District’s Family Counselling Service Unit. The programme was held in conjunction with the Golden Jubilee Celebration of Tutong District Religious Affairs Office Building, took place at the Kampung Bukit Beruang Community Hall in Tutong.

The couples participate in the two-day programme which is being held until tomorrow, 22nd June, among others, aims at providing knowledge and experience in various aspects including the assimilation of religion in the family and family law in force in the country. They are also given exposure to parenting techniques and skills in managing the issues of household life and strengthen their understanding of harmonious family life.
