Manila Resident Claims PHP34.5 million Lotto Jackpot Prize
Manila, Philippines – A fortunate bettor from Sampaloc, Manila, has claimed a whopping PHP34.5 million jackpot prize from the Lotto 6/42 draw held on October 12. The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced on Monday that the 41-year-old winner presented her winning ticket at the PCSO’s main office in Mandaluyong City on October 16. The winning combination was 13-41-06-25-34-42.
According to Philippines News Agency, The Manila bettor, expressing her joy, mentioned that her winning numbers were based on the ages and birthdates of her family members. “If it’s meant for you, it will be given to you by God. So, if you want to win, just place a bet,” she said. The winner plans to use her newfound fortune to purchase a house.
The PCSO reminded winners that they have one year from the date of the draw to claim their prizes, as stipulated in Republic Act 1169, also known as the PCSO Charter. All Lotto jackpot prizes must be claimed at the PCSO’s main office in Mandaluyong City. Winners are required to endorse the winning ticket with their name and signature and present two government-issued IDs to claim their prize. The PCSO also encouraged the public to continue supporting its products, as a significant portion of its revenue is allocated to charity programs.
