The Tutong District Branch of the KACA Centre yesterday morning launched the KACA Homebased Training and Guidance Programme 2023 in conjunction with the 37th anniversary of KACA. The launch was held at the KACA branch in Kampung Panchor Dulit Tutong.
The launch was officiated by Dato Paduka Haji Zainal bin Haji Momin, President of KACA. Earlier Haji Awang Abd Alim bin Haji Awang Othman, Managing Director of KACA in his welcoming speech shared that through the homebased training and guidance programmes, the KACA staff and volunteers will conduct visits to the homes of children identified to provide guidance and train parents as well as family members in the 3M's which are 'Melatih, Membimbing and Menilai' or Training, Guiding and Assessing. Such a programme aims to help parents gain confidence towards rehabilitation and guidance at home.
