Post: Khatam Al-Qur’an Ceremony Celebrates 72 Pupils at Jerudong International School

Jerudong: The Religious School of Jerudong International School hosted a Khatam Al-Qur'an Ceremony to honor 72 Primary Six pupils. The event took place on the afternoon of May 22nd and was attended by Awang Haji Muhamad Fakhri bin Haji Mohd Taib, the Permanent Secretary for Protocol, Administration and Finance at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony is part of the school's efforts to align with the nation's goal of nurturing a generation that incorporates Al-Qur'an reading into their daily lives. The event underscores the importance placed on religious education and the cultural significance of the Khatam Al-Qur'an in the community.
