Post: Kesyukuran Ceremony Held Across Three Districts for Royal Birthday Celebration

Bandar seri begawan: The Kesyukuran Ceremony, marking the 79th birthday of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang DiPertuan of Brunei Darussalam, took place across three districts on the night of July 14th. The event featured the mass Fardhu Maghrib and Sunat Hajat Prayers, along with the reading of Doa Kesyukuran at major mosques.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony in the Belait District was hosted at the Muhamad Jamalul Alam Mosque in Kuala Belait. Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohd. Amin Liew bin Abdullah, Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy, was present to partake in the event.

In the Tutong District, the focal point for the Doa Kesyukuran Ceremony was the Hassanal Bolkiah Mosque in Tutong Town. The ceremony was attended by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Abdul Manaf bin Haji Metussin, the Minister of Primary Resources and Tourism.

Meanwhile, in the Temburong District, the ceremony was held at the Utama Mohammad Salleh Mosque in Bangar Town. Yang Berhormat Pengiran Dato Seri Setia Shamhary bin Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Mustapha, the Minister of Transport and Infocommunications, was present at the event.
