Islamic Da’wah Centre Conducts Goodwill Visit to Non-Muslim Residents in Tutong District


TUTONG – In a concerted effort to promote Islamic teachings and foster relationships with non-Muslim residents, the Islamic Da’wah Centre, through the Tutong District Da’wah Unit Office, conducted a goodwill visit to five houses in Kampung Bukit Udal, Tutong District, on the morning of 27th January. The delegation was led by Awang Haji Ahmad Abdussalam bin Haji Abd Rahman, Acting Director of the Islamic Da’wah Centre.



According to Radio Television Brunei, the visit aimed to strengthen friendship and unity within the community, demonstrating a commitment to inclusivity and mutual respect among different religious groups. The event also featured the handing over of donations to the heads of the families visited. Awang Mohammad Sofian bin Haji Basri, Acting Tutong District Officer, was also present during the visit, highlighting the collaboration between religious and local authorities in this community outreach initiative.
