Another matter discussed was project management and contract that was raised by Yang Berhormat Dayang Hajah Rosmawatty binti Haji Abdul Momin. In reply, the Minister of Development stressed that integrity and compliance are vital.
The Minister said risks assessments of challenges that can fail any project or contract is unavoidable. Looking at this aspect, one way to raise awareness in the matter of integrity and compliance is training through dialogue and explanations on the country's laws and regulations. Among them are Financial Regulation, General Orders for Civil Servants, Anti-Corruption Act, as well as the Penal Code and related regulations.
