His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and Her Majesty Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha binti Al-Marhum Pengiran Pemancha Pengiran Anak Haji Mohamed Alam today left Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia after attending the 20th Annual Leaders’ Consultation between Brunei Darussalam and Malaysia, and attending the get-together ceremony with citizens and residents of Brunei Darussalam who are currently in Malaysia.
Before His Majesty and Her Majesty left the hotel, Doa Selamat was read by Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Seri Maharaja Dato Paduka Seri Setia Doctor Ustaz Awang Haji Abdul Aziz bin Juned, the State Mufti.
At the Subang Air Base, His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and Her Majesty Duli Raja Isteri as well as members of the royal family were greeted by Yang Berhormat Dato’ Sri Haji Anifah bin Haji Aman, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia and wife. In the VIP Room, His Majesty and Her Majesty were presented with a pesambah of picture albums of the visit of His Majesty and Her Majesty to Malaysia.
Present at the Subang Air Base to bid farewell to His Majesty and Her Majesty were Yang Berhormat Dato’ Sri Haji Anifah bin Haji Aman, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia and wife; Yang Berhormat Tan Sri Noh bin Omar, Minister of Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government as the Minister-in-Attendance and wife; His Excellency Datuk Ghulam Jelani bin Khanizaman, High Commissioner of Malaysia to Brunei Darussalam and wife; as well as senior officers from the Government of Malaysia. Also present to bid farewell to their Majesties were Dato Paduka Awang Haji Erywan bin Pehin Datu Pekerma Jaya Haji Mohd Yusof, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade; His Excellency Dato Paduka Haji Alaihuddin bin Pehin Orang Kaya Digadong Seri Lela Dato Seri Utama Haji Awang Mohd Taha, the High Commissioner of Brunei Darussalam to Malaysia and wife; as well as officers from the High Commission of Brunei Darussalam in Kuala Lumpur.
