Hayya Ilal ‘Arabiyah Programme

The Hayya Ilal ‘Arabiyah or ‘Let’s Speak Arabic’ programme that carried the theme ‘Hubbus Sultan’ or Love the Monarch was held this morning at the Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Arabic School, Kampung Rimba. The programme was held to improve mastery of the Arabic language among students.

Present was Awang Misle bin Haji Abd Karim, Acting Deputy Permanent Secretary for Administration and Finance at the Ministry of Religious Affairs. The programme included a Sya’ir Arab performance, bazaar and creative competition exhibition. It was one of the initiatives under the Department of Islamic Studies conducted by Arabic schools.
