BEIJING, October 31, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — Hainan Airlines, a Chinese carrier that has been “going international” through the implementation of a globalization strategy and has progressively been adding international routes including Beijing–Chicago, Beijing–Boston and Hangzhou–Xi’an–Paris over the last few years, has an increasing demand for multinational employees. In order to address this demand, the carrier has recruited flight attendants in Boston and Seattle in the US. This is first time that Hainan Airlines has recruited flight attendants outside of China.
Hainan Airlines successfully completed recruitment drives in Boston and Seattle in the middle of October, and is planning to launch job fairs in Shanghai and Beijing in the middle of November specifically targeting foreign-born residents in China.
