Food supply such as rice, sugar, powdered milk and cooking oil are constantly monitored. The matter was explained by the Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy while answering the question raised.
According to Yang Berhormat, cooperation has been made with the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism to ensure that food supply in the country is sufficient. If there is a risk of shortages of supply, the relevant agencies will collaborate with suppliers to mitigate the situation.
