Food Packs Trend during Social Gatherings

The provision of food packs for social gatherings during the Early Endemic Phase has become the latest trend in food service or catering services. The new norms enable catering services and restaurants to improve their services, while making it a healthy competition among entrepreneurs affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Food and restaurant operators should use the opportunity to bounce back in developing the economy, as well as regain the trust of customers.

 

The serving of food via buffet at any events of restaurants is prohibited during the Early Endemic Phase. The serving of food and drinks are allowed but in the form of packed food or served in dome warmers. The provision of food packs is seen as a development among the community in the country during events. For food service operators, the latest food packing is proved to be more energy and time-saving initiatives.
