The National Flag Lowering Ceremony in conjunction with His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam’s 75th birthday celebration was also held yesterday afternoon at the three other districts.
In Belait District, the ceremony was held at the Taman Persiaran Cendera Kenangan, Kuala Belait. The flag was lowered by the Royal Brunei Police Force personnel and handed over to the Belait District Officer. Also present were Members of the Legislative Council.
The Flag Lowering Ceremony for Tutong District was held at the District’s Civic Centre Complex. The ceremony was conducted by personnel of the Royal Brunei Police Force who then handed over the flag to the Acting Tutong District Officer. Also present were Members of the Legislative Council.
Meanwhile in Temburong District, the ceremony took place at the Bangar Town Wharf Area. The flag lowering ceremony was conducted by the Royal Brunei Police Force and the flag handed over to the Acting Temburong District Officer. Also present was a Member of the Legislative Council.
