Fatal Road Accident

A male passenger was involved in a fatal car accident early yesterday morning. The Bandar Seri Begawan Central Police Station, Royal Brunei Police Force in its press release stated that the incident took place at the Bengkurong Traffic Light area, Brunei Muara District.

The victim was a 24-year-old local man. The investigation found that the vehicle lost control and overturned at a nearby bush area after attempting to avoid hitting an animal. The two other passengers including the driver suffered minor injuries and are being treated at the Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Hospital. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
