As part of contributing to digitalising tourism in Brunei Darussalam, ebode by Dynamik Technologies has launched a Digital Audio Tour guide on the application izi.TRAVEL, in collaboration with the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism, Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports as well as Dynamik Technologies management. Ebode is a team of content creators under Dynamik Technologies, providing content of Brunei tours using an application called izi.TRAVEL. The application allows users to access tours virtually from the comfort of their own homes or act as their own personal pocket audio guide during visits to places of interest.
The digital audio tour guide aims to promote Brunei’s local history, landmarks, and culture to local and international tourists, with the support of Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism as well as the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports. Currently, it can be found in English, Malay, Chinese Mandarin, Korean and Japanese languages that will assist international visitors and those who are visually or audio impaired as they can listen or read the information available
Various stakeholders from various departments have played the vital role in providing important input in ensuring the content of the tours are verified, consistent and reliable. The izi.TRAVEL application can be downloaded for free of charge at the App Store or Google Play Store.
