Dementia Brunei in collaboration with the Health Promotion Centre, Ministry of Health and Department of Community Development, Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports organised a community screening for dementia. The event was held at the Language and Literature Bureau in Belait District, 24th September morning.
A talk discussing dementia risk factors, symptoms and early signs of dementia was delivered by Doctor Jian Yu Lei, Geriatric Medical Officer. More than 60 members of the senior citizen activity centre attended the talk.
