The Ministry of Religious Affairs through the Ta'zeez Al-Lughah Al-'Arabiah Bi Madaris 'Arabiah programme, Office of the Permanent Secretary in collaboration with the Islamic Studies Department and International Section and MABIMS has organised a virtual cultural and educational exchange programme between schools of the Sultanate of Oman and Brunei Darussalam. The event is for principals and teaching staff of Arabic Schools as well as Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Tahfiz Al-Quran Institute and schools under the National Commission for Education, Culture and Science, Ministry of Education, Sultanate of Oman.
Apart from fostering the current relation between both countries, the event acts as a platform to discuss and exchange ideas on the implementation of the online programme starting the 18th of October for students from both countries. Various programmes are lined up by Oman's Ministry of Education. The 12 session programme among others will touch on educational exchange on culture and heritage, article writing competition and debate.
