Berakas: His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office, emphasized the significance of adhering to Al-Qur'an during the opening of the Final of the National Musabaqah Al-Qur'an Reading for Adults 1447 Hijrah/2026. The event took place at the Plenary Hall, International Convention Centre in Berakas, on the evening of April 27th.
According to Radio Television Brunei, His Royal Highness delivered a sabda, underscoring that individuals who steadfastly follow Al-Qur'an are better equipped to resist external negative influences. He also highlighted that such individuals are more adept at understanding and promoting the values of the national philosophy, Malay Islamic Monarchy.
His Royal Highness further mentioned that the Musabaqah Ceremony serves as a critical platform for the nation to continually uphold Al-Qur'an as a prominent guiding principle. It acts as a comprehensive guide to life, aligning with the country's efforts to integrate its values into everyday practices.
