30 participants comprising certified da’ies of the Brunei Islamic Religious Council who participated in the Public Speaking Workshop gained a lot of experience related to effective methods and techniques in public speaking. The workshop ended with the Closing Ceremony and Presentation of certificates to participants.
The 4-day workshop conducted by the Islamic Da’wah Centre through the Da’wah Dissemination Division for Lectures aimed to produce capable future local da’ies and at the same time become the next generation of da’ies. The workshop was facilitated by Doctor Haji Noralizam bin Haji Aliakbar, Dean of the Faculty of Syariah, Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University College, KUPU SB. During the workshop, the participants were also given basic guidance on how to prepare to be a da’ie who has credibility and testimony.
