("Heilongjiang XD") was elected as the first presiding enterprise of Harbin New Materials Industry Association (the "Association"), at the Association’s inaugural meeting held on December 3, 2014 in Harbin, China.

Harbin New Material Industry Association (the "Association") is an industry management organization established under the auspices of the Harbin city government. The Association was created to integrate the material, technology and enterprise resources of its members, in order to realize the mutual benefits of combining complementary advantages. The Association promotes continuous and rapid growth of the new material industry, with the goal of making it a core industry of Harbin. At the inaugural meeting, the Association elected its president, vice president, executive director, secretary and secretary-general. Heilongjiang XD was elected as the first presiding enterprise of the Association.
