Care Package for COVID-19 Patients

The Minister of Health explained that individuals who have registered into BruHealth as COVID-19 positive will be provided with a care package from health centres and will be sent to the patient’s home.

To facilitate the provision of health packages more quickly, particularly for positive civil servants, the Minister of Health said care package supplies will be managed by the administrative divisions in their respective ministries starting yesterday.

Meanwhile, the Minister of Home Affairs explained that following the spread of COVID-19 cases in prisons, several measures have been taken under the advice of the Ministry of Health including conducting ART on prisoners and Prison staff, postponing visits and the use of PPE for every on-duty warder.
