According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony was a moment of gratitude to Allah Subhanahu Wata’ala for the gathering and celebration of academic achievements. He expressed his pleasure in congratulating both the graduates on completing their studies and their parents and guardians for their steadfast support and encouragement.
