Post: Brunei Darussalam Falls Short in Sepak Takraw at ASEAN School Games

Bandar seri begawan: In the sepak takraw event for the group stage at the 14th ASEAN School Games, Brunei Darussalam's team regu faced a series of defeats during their matches on the morning of 25th November at Rimba Dua Secondary School. The national team regu was unable to secure a victory against Malaysia's team regu, losing in straight sets 15-8, 15-7. According to Radio Television Brunei, Brunei's challenges continued in the second regu, where the national team again succumbed to the Malaysian team, falling in straight sets 15-6, 15-13. This result further diminished their chances of advancing in the competition. In the final game, Brunei's third regu also faced a swift conclusion, losing with straight sets 15-4, 15-7. With these results, the national team regu was unable to progress to the semi-finals of the tournament.
